Human Destiny Executive Search & Recruitment was formed in Johannesburg, South Africa in 2015, opening branches just outside New York, USA in 2016.
After working in the recruitment industry in the UK and South Africa for over five years —placing over 100 executive, top and mid-level candidates — the founders made observations around the intense frustrations experienced by corporate and individual customers.
When an ineffective placement process is followed, and the wrong candidate is placed within a business, this not only costs the business time and money but also results in delayed goals, missed opportunities and targets that are not achieved. This leads to instability, stress and tension within the company.
Most recruitment companies view clients and candidates as commodities to be placed as quickly as possible. Human Destiny understands that the executive search and recruitment process is not about a cookie-cutter process that just churns out numbers of candidates to potentially fill a position without due regards to the critical needs, objectives and goals of the organisation.
